Rebel sport were in need of an idea to create a wow factor for their new campaign promoting the new ASICS Liteshow shoe range. The imagery needed to compliment the campaign TVC that was already in production, and visually represent the core benefits of the shoe in a dynamic way, whilst giving consumers a consistent product experience between the channels.

The key feature of the ASICS range is to keep runners visible during low light conditions. Utilising reflective panels, the shoe delivers 360° visibility at dawn and dusk.

SBM’s Colourpedia and Pixel Studios worked together to establish styling and direction required to produce a creative way to highlight this unique feature in print marketing. SBM developed the campaign around a hero image that brings the visibility to life in engaging photography and retouching. The creative elements were designed and built in Photoshop, where they were integrated into the photography with Colourpedia’s trademark precision and flare. The hero image is complimented by product-focussed imagery in the same aesthetic, showing off the shoes superior performance and the colour range available.

The final campaign proved successful for Rebel Sport, showing an increase in sales for the Asics Liteshow range during the promotion.
